About the Executive Assistant / Investor Relations role:
This is a busy IR Assistant role, supporting up to 3 high performing and senior members of the London office. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing calendar and diary management support, including arranging external meetings
- Coordinating and arranging meetings for a Head of the Team
- Coordinating travel and all related organisation for both business and personal (including booking flights, hotels and transfers where necessary)
- Organising and confirming meetings with investors if required
- Diary and calendar management
- Inbox management
- Ad-hoc administration as required
Candidate specification:
- The ability to multi-task with great attention to detail
- Organisation and administrative skills are essential
- Time management and the ability to prioritise
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and highly self-motivated
