The client:

An ESG investor network based in central London are looking for a HR Generalist to join the team ASAP and support in a temporary capacity over the busy period.

HR Generalist roles will include, but are limited to:

• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Respond to queries
• Implementing processes
• Learning and development coordination
• Driving employee engagement initiatives

The successful HR generalist will:

• Have strong generalist experience
• Have a pro-active, muck-in attitude
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and employment law is essential
• Is confident in conducting training sessions
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high workload, and able to prioritise this effectively
• Experience with workforce planning and structuring is desirable

The details and benefits:

• Salary c. £55k as a temporary equivalent, based on experience
• Fully office based role
• Standard hours 9am-5:30pm
