About the Role

This is a People Partner position, working closely with the People & Inclusion team to provide generalist HR support across the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver HR solutions
• Advising the business on Employee Relations matters and identifying / mitigating risks to the business
• Supporting on L&D and DEI initiatives
• Supporting teams with recruitment as and when required
• Build relationships across the business
• Ad-hoc HR support as and when required.

Candidate Specification:

• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified
• Generalist or HR Business Partner level experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience of Employee Relations
• Confident in UK employment law
• Experience of Hay Job Evaluation or similar (preferable)
• Excellent commercial awareness and proven record of influencing leadership.

Additional Information:

• Salary up to £51K depending on experience
• Flexible working hours – 9am – 5pm OR 8am – 4pm
• Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
• Central London office location.
