A boutique investment office is looking to hire an HR Administrator to support their People Team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The firm is based near High Street Kensington.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the People Team with recruitment and HR administration
- Scheduling interviews, including with high-level individuals
- Ensuring HR system information is up to date
- Assisting with onboarding new employees
- Preparing interview packs and passing on candidate feedback
- Uploading interview tests and scheduling training sessions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have previous administrative experience, ideally in a corporate setting
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and confidently
- Be able to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Be a quick learner who takes initiative
Standard hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (flexibility required)
Based in High Street Kensington: Initially fully office-based, with the potential for two remote days per week once established in the role
Hourly rate: Up to £18/hr + holiday pay, depending on experience
