A boutique investment office is looking to hire an HR Administrator to support their People Team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The firm is based near High Street Kensington.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the People Team with recruitment and HR administration
Scheduling interviews, including with high-level individuals
Ensuring HR system information is up to date
Assisting with onboarding new employees
Preparing interview packs and passing on candidate feedback
Uploading interview tests and scheduling training sessions
The Ideal Candidate:
Have previous administrative experience, ideally in a corporate setting
Possess strong attention to detail
Communicate effectively and confidently
Be able to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Be a quick learner who takes initiative
Standard hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (flexibility required)
Based in High Street Kensington
Initially fully office-based, with the potential for two remote days per week once established in the role
Hourly rate: Up to £18/hr + holiday pay, depending on experience
Opportunity to work with a tight-knit, passionate team
