About the Role:

This is an HR Manager opportunity which will involve working alongside an a small HR team to cover day to day HR operations throughout the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Management of all HR policies and procedures, renewing and updating as required
  • Employee relations
  • Supporting with recruitment across the business
  • Managing annual performance review process
  • Working with wider team to ensure company benefit schemes are up to date
  • Keeping HR system up to date
  • Keeping up to date with UK employment law.

Candidate Specification:

  • Prior HR Management experience in a financial services setting
  • Strong team-player, able to work independently as well as supporting colleagues as and when needed
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Employee Relations
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Additional Information

  • Salary is up to £120K depending on experience and the business offer excellent additional benefits including a competitive discretionary bonus.
  • Must have a 2 week or less notice period to apply.
  • Hours are 9am – 6pm.
  • Central London offices.
