About the Role:
This is an HR Manager opportunity which will involve working alongside an a small HR team to cover day to day HR operations throughout the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Management of all HR policies and procedures, renewing and updating as required
- Employee relations
- Supporting with recruitment across the business
- Managing annual performance review process
- Working with wider team to ensure company benefit schemes are up to date
- Keeping HR system up to date
- Keeping up to date with UK employment law.
Candidate Specification:
- Prior HR Management experience in a financial services setting
- Strong team-player, able to work independently as well as supporting colleagues as and when needed
- Strong knowledge and experience of Employee Relations
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Additional Information
- Salary is up to £120K depending on experience and the business offer excellent additional benefits including a competitive discretionary bonus.
- Must have a 2 week or less notice period to apply.
- Hours are 9am – 6pm.
- Central London offices.
