This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to develop their skills in an innovative investment firm. Based in Canary Wharf, this role will play a key role in delivering the full range of HR services across multiple international offices. They are looking for someone with strong HR experience, who is looking to develop their career with people, but with a heart.
An excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR Generalist to develop their career. This role will provide the full range of HR services, with a strong focus on data reporting and analytics. The responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a high-quality employee experience
- Take complete responsibility for regular and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and initiating system improvements
- Excellent record keeping, ensuring all records and processes meet GDPR and internal audit standards
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions as needed, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Assist with policy reviews and documentation, ensuring complete compliance and consistency with global standards
- Provide guidance to managers and employees, escalating complex cases as needed
- Support with general HR administration, as needed
- Collaborate with the wider Human Capital team on projects, as needed
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR or People Advisor role is essential. Experience within financial services, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment is extremely desirable.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance regulations is essential. Exposure to European and US jurisdictions would be an advantage
- Strong data and reporting abilities, and experience working with HR systems is extremely desirable.
- Experience managing the full employee lifestyle, and confident applying best HR practice across the organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across the wider business
Up to £65K per annum, plus discretionary non-contractual annual bonus. Core working hours are 9am - 5, however flexibility to work beyond these hours is required, especially during peak periods. Based in Canary Wharf, with the opportunity for hybrid working. Excellent benefits, including private medical and health insurance, and cycle to work scheme.
