A leading global entertainment firm based in London is looking for an organised and proactive temporary HR and Office Manager for a week's cover.
The Candidate:
- A candidate with HR experience, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition, who can assist with HR and onboarding duties whilst keeping the office running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active recruitment on live roles
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Being first point of contact for IT issues
- Maintain and update HR records and employee data
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and queries
- Oversee light office management tasks (supplies, vendor coordination, team support)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment
- Confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
