The Client:

A boutique investment office is looking to hire an HR Administrator to support their People Team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The firm is based near High Street Kensington.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the People Team with recruitment and HR administration
  • Scheduling interviews, including with high-level individuals
  • Ensuring HR system information is up to date
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees
  • Preparing interview packs and passing on candidate feedback
  • Uploading interview tests and scheduling training sessions
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Have previous administrative experience, ideally in a corporate setting
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively and confidently
  • Be able to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
