About the Client
An investment and wealth management firm based in lovely brand new offices in the Victoria area. Operating for over 30 years, the business has a collaborative team of around 300 in the London office, with additional offices in Europe and the US.
About the Role
This is a fantastic temp to perm Hospitality Assistant opportunity, which will involve:
- Working closely with the chef, waiters and the support team to arrange and deliver hospitality for meetings
- Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
- Keeping up to date with menus, allergens and dietary requirements
- Occasionally starting early / late to ensure events are adequately catered (handful of days per month)
- Supporting the wider hospitality team ad-hoc
- Some daily coverage of reception
Candidate Specification
- Previous experience within catering / hospitality β either within hospitality industry or in a corporate setting
- Previous experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Muck-in attitude and team-oriented
Additional Information
- Salary up to Β£35K depending on experience and role comes with additional benefits
- This is a temp to perm opportunity
- Typical hours are 10am-6pm, but flexibility required when there are events/depending on business needs β you will receive time off in lieu for overtime
- Due to the nature of the role this is a fully office-based opportunity
