One of VWA's clients in the education sector are looking for a People Partner to join them on a fixed-term basis until the end of the year. About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading educational institution as People Partner on a fixed-term basis. This role will deliver a proactive, high-quality people service, working closely with leaders and managers to offer guidance on all areas of people management. This is a hands-on, people-focused role and will not be required to get involved in strategic projects.
The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Building effective working relationships with leaders and managers
- Working proactively with managers to develop effective solutions, and support managers in applying HR policies
- Managing a range of employee relations cases
- Support with investigations and formal meetings, preparing relevant documentation
- Support with recruitment and payroll processes
- Assist with administration and delivery of key employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding requirements
Candidate Specification:
Previous experience in an HR role, with demonstrable experience supporting with employee relations matters essential. Experience in an educational setting strongly preferred.
