A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of their most dynamic deal teams. The successful Executive Assistant will join on a temp-to-perm basis - interested applicants must be available to start in June.

The Role: EA duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage demanding and complex calendar
  • Arrange intricate travel bookings and itineraries
  • Handle expense reports and reconciliations
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones

The successful EA will:

  • Have prior experience in financial services (ideally deal team exposure)
  • Demonstrate experience managing intricate schedules
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player
  • Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Able to foster team morale and be a reliable and trusted support
  • Familiarity with Concur is valuable
  • Be skilled in multitasking and prioritising effectively in high-pressure situations
