A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of their most dynamic deal teams. The successful Executive Assistant will join on a temp-to-perm basis - interested applicants must be available to start in June.
The Role: EA duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage demanding and complex calendar
- Arrange intricate travel bookings and itineraries
- Handle expense reports and reconciliations
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones
The successful EA will:
- Have prior experience in financial services (ideally deal team exposure)
- Demonstrate experience managing intricate schedules
- Collaborate effectively as a team player
- Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Able to foster team morale and be a reliable and trusted support
- Familiarity with Concur is valuable
- Be skilled in multitasking and prioritising effectively in high-pressure situations
