A leading global investment firm are searching for experienced Executive Assistants to support various divisions in a full-time floating, ongoing basis.

The Role: EA duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage demanding and complex calendar
  • Arrange intricate travel bookings and itineraries
  • Handle expense reports and reconciliations
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones
