About the Role

This is a permanent, office-based position for an experienced Executive Assistant looking to step into a coordination and team leadership role. As Executive Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a population of EAs, ensuring seamless administrative support across the business. This is a key position with broad exposure to senior stakeholders and agency partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and supporting a team of Executive Assistants across the London office
  • Coordinating cover for EA absences, including holidays and sickness
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to arrange temporary EA cover as needed
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the EA population, providing guidance and oversight
  • Supporting best practice and consistency across the administrative function
  • Partnering with HR and leadership on EA performance, development, and resourcing
  • Delivering a high standard of service in a demanding, fast-paced environment

Candidate Specification

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within financial services is essential
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor or support other administrative professionals
  • Exceptionally organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
