The Client:
A leading global Private Equity firm based in the West End is looking for a Float Executive Assistant. This is also a fantastic opportunity to get this well recognised firms name on your CV.
The Executive Assistant Role:
EA duties will involve, but are not limited to:
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Frequent travel arrangements, including organising flights and hotels
- Expenses
- Ad-hoc administration support
The Successful Executive Assistant will:
- Be immediately available
- Speak fluent French or German
- Be interested temp work long-term
- Comply with their non-compete policy of not working with a competitor two-weeks either side of a booking
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ideally have experience in a financial services firm, or a corporate setting
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience managing a high workload and juggling priorities
