The Client:
A leading financial services firm, and one of VWA’s longest-standing clients, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy non-deal team on a temporary, ongoing basis.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be highly organised, and able to expertly manage very busy diaries across international timezones. Other EA duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage demanding and complex calendars
- Arrange intricate travel bookings and itineraries
- Handle expense reports and reconciliations
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones
The successful EA will:
- Have demonstrable experience across the professional, legal, or financial sectors
- Demonstrated experience managing intricate schedules
- Collaborate effectively as a team player
- Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Able to foster team morale and be a reliable and trusted support
- Familiarity with Concur is valuable
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising effectively in high-pressure situations
