About the Client:

A successful commercial property business operating in the London market for over 30 years. The London office is in a fantastic location, with a busy and lively atmosphere. The business has a focus on extra-curricular development and have excellent benefits!

About the Role:

An exciting to support the new CEO of the business, as well as the CFO and one other member of the C-Suite team. The CEO is busy and dynamic, and is looking for an organised right-hand support. The role will involve (but responsibilities are not limited to):

  • Strategic partner to the CEO – proactive and commercially-minded diary, travel and client relationship management
  • Organisation of board meetings, including document preparation and minute-taking
  • Compiling agendas and itineraries
  • Ad-hoc project management – investor relations and roadshow coordination, research, recruitment, events and personal assistance to CEO
  • Support to wider C-suite team – diary, travel and project support
  • Cover for wider administrative team as and when needed, including occasional reception cover if required.
  • Line management of a couple of members of staff.

Candidate Specification:

  • C-suite EA experience, ideally to a CEO
  • Experience within (commercial) property or real estate is required
  • Managerial experience is preferred
  • Highly team-oriented and muck-in approach
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven track record of managing a busy, multi-faceted role
  • Strong IT skills alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £75K depending on experience
  • A chance to be a real right-hand to a busy CEO
  • ASAP Start – temp to perm or perm
  • Benefits include generous holiday allowance, healthcare, discretionary bonus and gym discount once permanent
  • Hours are 9am – 5:30pm, with flexibility required beyond this as and when necessary
