Supporting an Executive and providing ad-hoc support to a handful of their team, this role will involve:
- High volume international travel arrangements
- Extensive complex diary management, including arranging meetings, booking taxis and coordinating with external parties
- Expense processing
- Supporting with administration on the Executive’s ongoing projects
- Ad-hoc administrative support
Candidate specification:
- Proven track record of providing meticulous EA support, with previous experience of complex diary and travel management
- Experience of supporting at Partner, C-Suite or Senior Managing Director level is essential
- Previous experience in Private Equity is essential
- Must be team-oriented, muck-in and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills as well as time management and prioritisation
Additional Information:
- Salary up to £80K depending on experience
- The client also offers excellent additional benefits including discretionary bonus, pension, medical and dental insurance and 26 days holiday
- Hours are 9am – 5:30pm with the option to work from home one day a week
- January / February 2026 start
