A boutique leading and global financial services firm based in stunning offices in the West End is seeking a French-speaking Executive Assistant to support two Executive Directors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive diary management and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Arranging complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Paris and London office, utilising French and English.
  • Managing calls and correspondence with discretion.
  • Organising and facilitating virtual meetings and conference calls via Zoom.
  • Providing flexible support with additional tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Proven experience within a deal-driven environment.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Concur is preferable.

Additional benefits include a competitive salary dependent on experience, plus a discretionary bonus. Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm with flexibility required to work outside of this as needed.
