A leading global financial services firm is seeking to hire six experienced Executive Assistants for their Executive Assistant Hub in Dublin. This is a compelling opportunity for professionals seeking the next step in their EA/Team Assistant career within a fast-paced, international environment.
These Dublin-based roles will be responsible for delivering seamless administrative and logistical support to a cohort of junior investment professionals (typically 6-8 per EA), enabling them to work efficiently and focus on core business activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide proactive diary and inbox management, coordinating complex and frequently changing calendars
- Organise international travel, including flight and hotel bookings, itineraries, and visa documentation
- Schedule internal and external meetings across time zones, both virtually and in person
- Prepare expense claims and manage expense reporting in line with company policy
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Contribute to team-wide EA initiatives and support operational excellence
Required Skills and Experience:
- Some prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Personal Assistant role
- Financial or professional services industry experience is preferred however others will be considered
- Proven track record of supporting professionals in demanding, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and related tools
- A proactive and professional approach with high attention to detail
