About the Client:
A leading artistic and cultural institution, known for its world-class collections and engaging public programmes, is seeking an exceptional Director's Assistant to provide high-level support, ensuring the smooth running of the Director's Office.The Director's Assistant Role:
You will act as the Director's right-hand support, managing communications, engagements, and operations at the highest level. This varied role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders. Key duties will include:

  • Manage the Director's correspondence, reports, speeches, and presentations.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements, research, and briefing materials.
  • Oversee invitations, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide governance support, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.
  • Manage the Director's Office budget and expenses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
