The Client:
A leading flexible serviced office firm is looking for two bright and eager Client Experience Assistants to join their team. With locations around central London, it\βs a high-growth firm that expect exceptional client service!
Responsibilities
- Setting up, prepping and scheduling meetings and their dedicated rooms to ensure they are of an immaculate standard
- Assisting in managing wider office administrative tasks
- Support the design and customisation of our office spaces
- Organise and execute client events
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the client experience
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service environment is beneficial and desired
- Working at a fast pace and with a high workload is a key part of this role, so it is important that you\\\βre able to think and act quickly and prioritise effectively
- Proactivity, excellent time management and strong initiative
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A warm, personable engaging team-player

- Hours: 9am β 6pm, 1-hour lunch
