The Client:

A leading flexible serviced office firm is looking for two bright and eager Client Experience Assistants to join their team. With locations around central London, it\’s a high-growth firm that expect exceptional client service!

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, prepping and scheduling meetings and their dedicated rooms to ensure they are of an immaculate standard
  • Assisting in managing wider office administrative tasks
  • Support the design and customisation of our office spaces
  • Organise and execute client events
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the client experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service environment is beneficial and desired
  • Working at a fast pace and with a high workload is a key part of this role, so it is important that you\\\’re able to think and act quickly and prioritise effectively
  • Proactivity, excellent time management and strong initiative
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A warm, personable engaging team-player

  • Hours: 9am – 6pm, 1-hour lunch
  • Office-based
  • Temp-to-Perm (initial c-month temp period)
