This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience of administration and a strong level of attention to detail who is looking to launch their career in the finance industry! This is a Client Servicing Analyst position, which will involve providing data and onboarding/offboarding support for clients.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Setting up new clients on the database/CRM system - inputting key details and processing documentation
- Transition of assets for new and leaving clients
- Processing internal transfers as per Front Office requests
- Administration of deceased or departing clients
- Maintaining client data - updating details as per amendment requests and processing receipts
- Ad-hoc support to the team.
Please note that this is a middle office (non client-facing) position.
No prior experience within financial services is required. This role would best suit an individual who has gained some administration or data entry experience who is looking to begin their career in asset management!
Excellent attention to detail - experience of working with data would be a plus. Team-oriented as well as being self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. The business offers excellent benefits including a discretionary bonus, above market average pension contributions and a range of health/wellness benefits. Hours are 9am - 5:30pm in the central London (Victoria) office, with a hybrid working model of 2 days from home.
