The Client:
An UHNW family office attached to a leading international real estate business.
The Role:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful family office as Chief of Staff and Senior EA to an UHNWI. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Full business support – arranging meetings and travel, diary management, inbox management and acting as contact point for the individual
- Full personal support – arranging personal appointments, handling all equipment, bills and IT and extensive global travel
- Household management – managing multiple residences including management of large team of household staff
- Accompanying Principal on international trips from time to time
- Negotiating bills, contracts and invoice
- Running errands as and when needed
- Ad-hoc project and administrative support.
Candidate Specification:
- Experience of supporting an UHNW individual or family with both personal and business support (essential)
- Experience of household and property management, particularly supporting households with teams of 15+ (essential)
- Tech-savvy and good knowledge of systems including CCTV and AV equipment (essential)
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and excellent time management (essential)
- Autonomous and self-starting (essential)
- Flexible, adaptable and can-do attitude (essential).
Additional Information:
- Salary for this role is highly competitive (up to circa £100K) and the role comes with additional benefits including a discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday.
- This is a demanding role which will require out of hours support.
- The role will be fully office-based, with occasional international travel with the Executive Chairman and travel to the private family home.
