The Client:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique investment firm. The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO\’s strategic and operational right hand.
The Role:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful private equity firm as Chief of Staff to a CEO. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Partner with leadership teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Lead projects that drive growth
- Ensure management teams deliver consistently
- Conduct market analysis
- Act as a trusted deputy to the CEO, representing them in key meetings and initiatives
- Elevate leadership behaviours and managerial standards across all teams
- Prepare board meetings and CEO briefings
- Ad-hoc project and administrative support
Candidate Specification:
- Previous consulting experience is preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with strong execution discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of operational improvement, transformation, or value creation
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and excellent time management
- Autonomous and self-starting
- Strong communicator and influencer with emotional intelligence
- Flexible, adaptable and can-do attitude
Additional Information:
- Salary for this role is highly competitive (up to circa £120K) and the role comes with excellent additional benefits
- This is a demanding role which will require some flexibility outside core hours
- The role will be hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day working from home
