About the Chief of Staff: This is Chief of Staff role involves being the right hand of the CEO with regards to organisational effectiveness, alignment and momentum. A pivotal role for a high-performing and mission driven individual who thrives an making things work and delivering results. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Strategic Coordination, partnering with the CEO, tracking projects and delivering strategic rhythm around priorities, decisions, deliverables Board and Leadership Support to prepare board meetings and prep stakeholders etc Organisational effectiveness β monitor, anticipate, coordinate Supporting external engagement and high -quality preparations, materials, follow up Candidate Specification: A successful advisor with a strategic outlook and experience of working in a mission-driven organisation Experience managing high-performing staff, understanding of how to support and enable Strategic thinking and operational delivery Strong communicator, political astuteness, calm under pressure Someone who is comfortable working in a small organisation with an entrepreneurial environment, ambiguity and evolving priorities Additional Information: Up to Β£70K plus benefits This is newly created permanent opportunity β start date ASAP Hybrid working (you are expected to be in the office two days per week on average) If this Chief of Staff role sounds perfect for you, apply today!
