The Client:

A leading flexible serviced office firm is looking for two motivated and dedicated Assistant Centre Managers to join their team. With locations around central London, it\’s a high-growth firm that expect exceptional client service!

The Role

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors
  • Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations
  • Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans
  • Coordinate and document daily team briefings
  • Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences
  • Act as Centre Manager when required
  • Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Centre

Candidate Specification

  • Strong operational and team management experience, with a talent for coordination, is essential
  • Working at a fast pace and with a high workload is a key part of this role, so it is important that you\’re able to think and act quickly and prioritise effectively
  • Proactivity, excellent time management and strong initiative
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A warm, personable engaging team-player

  • Hours: 9am – 6pm, 1-hour lunch
