The Client:
A leading flexible serviced office firm is looking for two motivated and dedicated Assistant Centre Managers to join their team. With locations around central London, it\’s a high-growth firm that expect exceptional client service!
The Role:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors
- Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations
- Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans
- Coordinate and document daily team briefings
- Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences
- Act as Centre Manager when required
- Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Centre
Candidate Specification:
- Strong operational and team management experience, with a talent for coordination, is essential
- Working at a fast pace and with a high workload is a key part of this role, so it is important that you\’re able to think and act quickly and prioritise effectively
- Proactivity, excellent time management and strong initiative
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
