This role will deliver a proactive, high-quality people service, working closely with leaders and managers to offer guidance on all areas of people management. This is a hands-on, people-focused role and will not be required to get involved in strategic projects. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Building effective working relationships with leaders and managers Working proactively with managers to develop effective solutions, and support managers in applying HR policies Managing a range of employee relations cases Support with investigations and formal meetings, preparing relevant documentation
