A truly exciting finance firm based in King's Cross are looking for a temporary Receptionist to support the existing receptionist team for a duration of 6-9 months, starting on 3rd March. The business is forward-thinking, highly collaborative and continuing to grow worldwide.
About the Receptionist Role:
- Traditional receptionist responsibilities, including welcoming guests and creating a professional first impression.
- Managing a busy phone system.
- Arranging couriers.
- Distributing office post.
- Meeting room schedule management and checking supplies.
- Office management support, including facilities support and wider office operations.
Key Information:
- The client is looking for someone who has existing front of house experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
- This person must have a proactive and enthusiastic nature and personality, willing to muck in and get involved in various areas of the role and business.
- You will also need to be tech-savvy, knowing how to work quickly using Microsoft shortcuts.
- Hours are shifts, either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, with an hour unpaid lunch break.
