A well-established private family office, based in the West End, is looking for a proactive and personable Office Manager to join their friendly team and efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the office.

A varied Office Manager role, with a strong front of house focus. This role will be responsible for ensuring the professional day-to-day operation of a busy private office. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Effective oversight of all day-to-day office operations
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and health and safety
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office
  • Manage office budgets, invoices and purchase orders
  • Oversee all administrative systems, including document management and filing systems
  • Manage catering for meetings and events
  • Provide administrative support to Partners and the wider team, as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties, as required.

Candidate Specification:

  • Prior experience as an Office Manager, or similar administrative experience, in a professional environment is essential
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • A problem-solver, able to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
