This is a newly created Facilities Coordinator role, joining a close-knit Workplace & Administration team within the London office. A hands-on and varied position, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, maintaining high standards across facilities, meeting spaces and employee services.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing kitchens, meeting rooms and shared office spaces to ensure they remain well-presented and fully stocked.
  • Coordinating catering for meetings, events and employee initiatives.
  • Supporting day-to-day facilities operations, including supplies, deliveries and inventory management.
  • Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
  • Supporting health, safety and sustainability initiatives.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the office to provide a first-class internal service.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience within facilities, hospitality, workplace services or front-of-house support.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Well organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A flexible and service-focused mindset.

Additional Information:

  • Hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm, with flexibility required on occasion.
