Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and a strong sense of collaboration. They are looking for a personable and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the sustainability team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has a genuine interest in sustainability and ESG to support a small team. This is an integral role, which will provide primary support to the sustainability team. The responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive diary management and gatekeeping, including arranging complex meetings across multiple time zones, with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Extensive travel organisation.
  • Extensive administrative support, including managing phone lines, processing expenses, inbox management and document distribution.
  • Organisation of external events, as and when required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned as the role continues to grow and evolve.

Required skills and experience:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar administrative role) in a corporate, fast-paced environment is essential.
  • A genuine interest, or experience working in sustainability or ESG is extremely desirable.
  • Experience using Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. The ability to prepare presentations independently.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills. Confident handling a high volume of requests.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, can-do attitude.

Additional information:

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus discretionary annual bonus.

  • West End office location, with the potential to work 1-2 days from home.
  • The core hours are either 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am – 6pm, although flexibility to work beyond these hours is required.
