A well-established, purpose-led organisation within the education sector is seeking a temporary Production Officer to join its remote Digital, Marketing and Communications team.

This is a busy coordination role overseeing the organisation’s publications and content pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and to agreed timescales. Working with teams across the organisation, responsibilities will include:

  • Managing publication schedules and tracking key deadlines
  • Coordinating activity across internal teams, designers and other stakeholders
  • Following up on actions and ensuring projects remain on track
  • Supporting the production of reports, publications and digital content
  • Monitoring progress and flagging any issues or delays
  • Ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and ready for publication

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience within production, publications, project coordination or a similar process-led role
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Proactive and comfortable following up with stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within education, charity, membership or the public sector would be advantageous, but is not essential

Additional Information:

  • Temporary opportunity for approximately 12 weeks, with potential to extend
  • Salary equivalent of £32,440–£40,800 depending on experience
  • 35 hours per week, typically 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Some flexibility around working hours
  • Fully remote
