We are supporting a boutique financial services firm on an exciting 6-month maternity cover. Based in centrally located offices, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and resourceful individual to join a successful firm as an Office Manager / Assistant.

This is a 6-month maternity cover starting as soon as possible. The client is looking for an engaging and resourceful Office Manager / Assistant who can juggle a range of priorities. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing the smooth running of the office
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensuring health and safety checks are carried out
  • Organising meeting room set up
  • Meeting and greeting guests, as required
  • Providing IT support, including logging issues and liaising with IT providers
  • Providing some support to the Partners, as required
  • Additional administrative tasks, as required

Candidate Specification:

  • Some prior administrative / office experience is essential
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Tech-savvy, confident assisting with IT issues
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can-do, hands on attitude

Salary £40-55K, dependent on experience. 6-month FTC, providing maternity cover. Central London location. Fully office-based, with core hours 8am – 6pm.
