One of VWA's clients in the education sector are looking for a People Partner to join them on a fixed-term basis until the end of the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in HR or People Management to build on their skills in a professional, prestigious environment!
This role will deliver a proactive, high-quality people service, working closely with leaders and managers to offer guidance on all areas of people management. This is a hands-on, people-focused role and will not be required to get involved in strategic projects.
- Building effective working relationships with leaders and managers
- Working proactively with managers to develop effective solutions, and support managers in applying HR policies
- Managing a range of employee relations cases
- Support with investigations and formal meetings, preparing relevant documentation
- Support with recruitment and payroll processes
Previous experience in an HR role, with demonstrable experience supporting with employee relations matters essential. Experience with L&D processes desirable. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
This is a fixed-term contract, until December 2026. There is the potential for this role to become permanent, but this is not guaranteed.
