About Us: VWA is a boutique recruitment consultancy established for 36 years, with a true family feel in our culture and approach. We largely focus on the London market, although we have a reach extending outside of the UK, supporting a range of hiring needs, including:

About the Candidate Manager Role: This role sits at the heart of the business and is responsible for delivering an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience. Working closely with consultants across the firm, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate relationships and ensuring all activity runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders and managing complex scheduling
- Supporting candidate preparation, briefing and feedback processes
- Tracking candidate progress and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and availability
- Preparing candidate profiles, CVs and client-facing documentation
- Managing candidate submissions, onboarding and compliance processes
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and ensuring strong candidate visibility across the business
- Supporting search delivery through candidate mapping and pipeline management
- Building and engaging candidate communities, supporting outreach and market insight generation
About You: Ideally, you will have 1+ year of experience in a coordination or administrative role within a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach are essential. You should be proactive, adaptable and able to work at pace, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfort working to deadlines and managing changing priorities is important, as is being commercially aware with an interest in recruitment and candidate engagement. Experience with CRM systems and platforms such as LinkedIn is advantageous but not essential.
Additional Information: Competitive salary plus commission and discretionary bonus. Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexibility required outside core hours where needed). Hybrid working following probation (3 days in office, including Tuesdays and Thursdays). 25 days holiday plus carry allowance. Pension and healthcare contributions. Supportive, collaborative team environment with strong development opportunities.
