The predicted salary is between 13 - 26 £ per hour.

A temporary 3-month role for the successful candidate to support the review, validation, and cleansing of contract records. You will play a key role in ensuring contract information is complete, accurate, and aligned with procurement standards and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Review contract records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Read, interpret, and extract key information from contractual documentation.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, including missing documentation and incorrect data fields.
  • Support contract data cleansing and remediation activities within the contract management database.
  • Locate, organise, and upload supporting contract documentation to maintain audit-ready records.
  • Validate contract information against source documentation.
  • Cross-check contract data across procurement, commercial, and finance systems where required.
  • Monitor, track, and report progress against assigned activities and deliverables.
  • Escalate issues, risks, or challenges in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately across large volumes of data.
  • Structured, methodical, and highly organised approach.
  • Ability to manage high workloads while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information and investigating discrepancies.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Previous experience within procurement, commercial, contract administration, or supplier management environments (desirable).
  • Experience working with contract management systems or procurement databases (desirable).

Fully remote role – with the option of going into the City-based office. 9am – 5pm core hours. Hourly rate up £13 – £26 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience).
