This is a busy Client Associate role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Taking email and phone enquiries from clients, escalating where necessary
- Acting as first point of contact for clients; building and maintaining relationships
- Administration of the CRM system, including production of receipts, opening and closing client accounts and updating daily activity
- Producing client presentations
- Managing process of Quarterly Valuations – communications, collating reports, and scanning of client letters
- Administration – arranging client meetings, scanning and filing, inbox management
- Ad-hoc administration and support to the team and clients.
If successful in the role, there is potential that the business would support future study of the IMC.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally working with HNW or UHNW clients
- Excellent communication skills – highly professional and to the highest standard, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Capable of working as part of a team and independently
- Excellent IT literacy – MS Office in particular.
