Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and a strong sense of collaboration. They are looking for a personable and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the sustainability team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has a genuine interest in sustainability and ESG to support a small team. This is an integral role, which will provide primary support to the sustainability team. The responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive diary management and gatekeeping, including arranging complex meetings across multiple time zones, with external and internal stakeholders.
- Extensive travel organisation.
- Extensive administrative support, including managing phone lines, processing expenses, inbox management and document distribution.
- Organisation of external events, as and when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned as the role continues to grow and evolve.
Required skills and experience:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar administrative role) in a corporate, fast-paced environment is essential.
- A genuine interest, or experience working in sustainability or ESG is extremely desirable.
- Experience using Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
- The ability to prepare presentations independently.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Confident handling a high volume of requests.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible, can-do attitude.
Additional information:
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus discretionary annual bonus.

- West End office location, with the potential to work 1-2 days from home.
- The core hours are either 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am – 6pm, although flexibility to work beyond these hours is required.
