Our client is a globally recognised organisation operating at the highest level of international business. They are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support a high-performing team in their London office.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, responsible for keeping an exceptionally busy team running seamlessly. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Executive support to senior leaders within the team
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Extensive international travel coordination, including visas, detailed itineraries and frequent last-minute changes
- Organising board meetings, client meetings and internal events
- Acting as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting projects and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple priorities
Candidate specification:
- Previous experience supporting at executive level in a fast-paced corporate, investment or professional services environment is essential
- Outstanding diary and international travel management skills
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Highly proactive, resourceful and confident working independently
- Professional, discreet and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills

- Core hours are 9am-6pm, with some out of hours work expected
