A leading global financial services firm is seeking to build its pool of temp Executive Assistants to cover bookings of varying lengths.

Executive Assistant duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Travel arrangements
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Be available for ongoing / ad hoc temp work and not seeking a permanent opportunity.

Have demonstrated experience as an EA in a similar corporate environment, including finance, consulting tech or commercial sectors.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience using Concur or Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
