A leading investment firm with international reach is looking for a motivated HR Associate to join their London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start or continue their career in HR. The role will be a Human Resources (HR) focused position supporting the People Team across the full employee life-cycle. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Assist with recruitment processes
- Conduct reviews of internal policies and company documentation
- Manage the onboarding of new hires
- Responsible for consolidating team data where required
- Ensure all systems are kept updated
- Assist with the organisation of internal training
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate specification:
- Previous office or administrative experience
