A leading investment firm with international reach is looking for a motivated HR Associate to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start or continue their career in HR. The role will be a Human Resources (HR) focused position supporting the People Team across the full employee life-cycle. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with recruitment processes
  • Conduct reviews of internal policies and company documentation
  • Manage the onboarding of new hires
  • Responsible for consolidating team data where required
  • Ensure all systems are kept updated
  • Assist with the organisation of internal training
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Candidate specification:

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Previous HR experience would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to effectively prioritise and manage multiple priorities
