This is a newly created Facilities Coordinator role, joining a close-knit Workplace & Administration team within the London office. A hands-on and varied position, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, maintaining high standards across facilities, meeting spaces and employee services. Managing kitchens, meeting rooms and shared office spaces to ensure they remain well-presented and fully stocked. Supporting day-to-day facilities operations, including supplies, deliveries and inventory management. Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure a seamless workplace experience. Supporting health, safety and sustainability initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across the office to provide a first-class internal service. Previous experience within facilities, hospitality, workplace services or front-of-house support. A flexible and service-focused mindset.
