An established international investment firm is seeking an experienced German-speaking Executive Assistant to support a Germany-based team. This is a hybrid role offering WFH on Fridays.

The Executive Assistant Role:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • Arranging complex international travel.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Ad hoc administrative work as needed.

The Successful EA must:
