A fast-growing, creative digital marketing agency with an international presence and headquarters in the US. The business specialises in delivering high-impact, full-service marketing solutions and is known for its collaborative, forward-thinking approach. They are now looking to hire a Senior Talent Director to lead large-scale recruitment programmes and support wider organisational transformation.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic Talent leader to shape and scale global hiring within a dynamic, fast-paced business. You will take ownership of recruitment strategy and delivery across multiple regions (UK, Europe and KSA), while driving operational excellence, innovation and transformation across the function.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, including senior and more niche hires.
  • Designing and scaling talent strategies, pipelines and sourcing models.
  • Acting as Product Owner for recruitment technology, including ATS and AI-driven solutions.
  • Driving process improvement, transformation and behavioural change initiatives.
  • Embedding best-practice delivery frameworks (Agile) across teams and projects.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across business, tech and HR functions.
  • Leading and developing high-performing teams (onsite and remote).
  • Using data and insight to optimise hiring performance and inform decision-making.

Candidate Specification:

  • Proven experience in senior talent acquisition, delivery or transformation leadership roles.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scaling or project-led environments.
  • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience with recruitment technology, ATS platforms and/or AI-led tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile or structured delivery methodologies is advantageous.
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical capability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic, solutions-focused and able to execute at pace.
  • Collaborative and influential, with the ability to drive change.

Additional Information:

  • Salary is between £90-120k, dependent on experience.
  • This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
  • Core hours are 09:00am – 17:00pm, with some flexibility required.
  • Fully remote opportunity.
  • Excellent benefits package.
