VVB Engineering are Mechanical and Electrical Installation services for a variety of industries. An opportunity has arisen for an IT Administrator to support the IT Manager and external IT Support team, providing 1st line support to office and site locations. This position will be primarily based from our Head Office in Chelmsford, but will be expected to service the London office and a site location once a week.
- Provide application support to SAP B1 users
- Provide support to mobile phone and iPhone users
- Provide application support to hosted and cloud-based systems
- Device troubleshooting - Office 365 repair, Windows updates, driver updates, software package installation and removal, printing and scanning problems
- Work with the external IT support team to complete requests relating to the Active Directory
- Working with the external IT team, supporting the LAN/WAN/VPN and RDS
- Previous experience supporting windows client devices
- Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory Windows 7, 8 and 10
