VVB Engineering is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead all design and engineering activities within their sector, coordinating with sector leads and project managers. You will act as the functional leader for engineers and designers, managing internal resources and supply chain through a matrix structure. You will support work winning, estimates, procurement, construction and commissioning, and mentor graduates while upholding VVB’s CORE values in daily duties.
