The Business Systems Specialist Graduate will support the administration, maintenance and development of VVB's business systems and digital solutions.
The role is designed to provide practical experience across business applications, automation, reporting, information management and digital transformation initiatives whilst developing the skills required for a career in Business Systems Management.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for business applications used across VVB.
- Assist with system configuration and administration activities.
- Support user account management and system documentation.
- Log, investigate and resolve system-related issues.
- Assist in the delivery of business improvement initiatives.
- Support development of automated workflows and digital processes.
- Contribute to implementation of new technologies and business systems.
- Support implementation projects and business change activities.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Assist in documenting requirements and business processes.
- Monitor compliance with company information management standards.
- Undertake regular audits of project configurations and data quality.
- Support reporting and KPI development relating to system usage and compliance.
Requirements
