Key Responsibilities Included In These Areas:
- Commercial: Building cash forecasts, Pricing CEs, Writing contractual communications, Producing CVRs, Subcontractor account management, Updating trackers and KPIs, Creating material orders, GRNs & material orders
- Engineering: Review of designs/models, Production of MCRs, Production of RFIs, Answering RFIs, Production of field change notices, Updating trackers and KPIs
- Planning: Producing short term programmes, Completing project reports, Completing EV analysis, Reviewing productivity, Risk management
- Operations: Field engineering, Supporting construction management, Production of management plans, Management of labour, Updating key trackers such as PURWR and LOLOWR, Plant support and site inspections
- Assurance: Production of QA paperwork, Development of assurance certificates, Production of O&M manuals, Site development, Raising RFIs, TQs and compiling registers, NCR investigation support and close out, Defect management, Snag management
This role is open to candidates who hold the following degrees: Construction Management, Any Engineering Discipline, Quantity Surveying. We would also consider applications from candidates who have a keen interest in Construction or Engineering and hold a BSc in other areas. This role would be supporting various exciting rail projects in London.
