The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
The ASQ role is an important position within our Commercial team providing support to the wider business.
The role will be based on a single, medium to large project, or multiple smaller projects.
It will assist the Commercial team to ensure project(s) are running in accordance to the budgeted forecast, and to maximise profit through good commercial acumen.
Responsibilities - Assist the Commercial Project Team with both Supplier and Subcontract management including the assessment of Works Done to Date for certification of applications for payment and control/reporting of costs against budget.
Assist the Project Commercial Team with identification and pricing of variations and changes to the Contract Works and requirements.
Contribute to regular and accurate reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and/or Commercial Manager on/for: PHR/CVR/Cash Flow/Weekly Updates etc.
Inputting commercial data into the project budget and assisting in the provision of regular commercial forecasts.
Assist in and carry out valuations for the purpose of initial, interim and final payment applications.
Work with the Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Team to maximise the recovery of all contractual entitlements.
