We are looking for talented Document Controllers and Lead Document Controllers to join our team in West London and Birmingham. If you have experience in document management and administration and want to be part of exciting projects, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As a Document Controller or Lead Document Controller at VVB, you will support project operations by managing documentation and ensuring it is processed, tracked, and distributed accurately. For lead roles, you will also mentor team members and help improve document control processes across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation using established procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Oversee submissions and approvals through electronic document management systems (EDMS).
  • Maintain registers for submissions, transmittals, and approvals, ensuring timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on document control systems and best practices.
  • Share lessons learned and help define key performance indicators (KPIs) for document control processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on document-related matters.
